I worked for the company for 15 months and enjoyed not only my direct co-workers on site, but also every interaction with corporate, and appreciated everything they had to offer. AUSGAR Technologies is a small community of professionals that have every aspect of a team environment, and they do have their employee's best interests in mind. It's not often you have a CEO who is very involved and makes a point to reach out to the teams on a regular basis. Everyone I was in contact with during my employment was outstanding; the work was always challenging and never dull; the environment was positive and in line with the mission. Undoubtedly, one may ask why I left such a great job? I simply moved on to do something else; however, if my situation changes and AUSGAR would have me back, I will gladly work for them again. I would highly recommend them as an employer to anyone I know.
