Pros
There are many reasons to work for AUSGAR Technologies, one of the most important ones in my book is that the company pushes the individual to excel professionally by providing assistance with education and certifications. Their benefits package not only includes all the necessities health, vision, and dental but they also have some really nice perks as well. I also went through emergency surgery during my employment with the AUSGAR and they did everything they could to minimize the stress at home and at work. Not only allowing me to take extra days of PTO to recover but to also get short term disability paperwork ready to go if it were needed, lucky I did not. But knowing that HR department was well prepared for an unexpected event like mine was comforting to know.
