Excellent work envirment. AUSGAR hires not just based upon experience and qualifications but they definitely put a premium on hiring people with good character. Company really looks out for and takes care of it's employees

Cons

Small company so there is limited opportunntiy to move around to differnet postions

Knowing senior HR and President of the company is a pros for me. I like that I am able to contact them at anytime with any personal or business situation.

Cons

Since covid we don't have company all hands get togther/meetings anymore at The Lot... but I can live without that.
