Pros

Excellent, friendly work culture, work-life balance, above standard benefits and compensation package. Promotions and recognition from within if you are a good performer. Team spirit environment. Engineers work collaboratively and share a lunch/learn round table discussion monthly to keep abreast of changes. This is great especially for new hires. AUSGAR is reaching out to maximize diversity awareness and is partnering with SDSU and other local colleges to hire and train entry level Engineers as well as interns.

Cons

Change within the contracts due to the nature of the industry, but that is the norm.

Knowing senior HR and President of the company is a pros for me. I like that I am able to contact them at anytime with any personal or business situation.

Cons

Since covid we don't have company all hands get togther/meetings anymore at The Lot... but I can live without that.
