Pros
Been working here at AUSGAR for 3+ years now and I hate having to leave a great company that really cares for its employees! Unfortunately they did not get a renew on current contract and despite that...they wanted me to stay anyways, but I had an opportunity to continue my important work with a different company who did pick up the contract, and I also did not want to disappoint the numerous Govt employees whom had come to rely heavily on me to help them succeed on a very important project. I wish AUSGAR had won, but that is the nature of working as a defense contractor. AUSGAR really helps its people succeed and they practice what they preach. AUSGAR will be the standard I will use for every other company that I may work for in the future. If I ever get a chance to work again for AUSGAR, I would go back in a heartbeat! The salary and the benefits are really great and the company culture is awesome as well. Thank you AUSGAR for the great years and a fruitful relationship that will be sadly missed.
Cons
Only downside I can think of is the rating system seems a bit awkward to use and some of the required expectations such as providing a live presentation is not really my cup of tea. Other than that I cannot think of one bad thing to say about AUSGAR.
