      work life balance (bc they know they under pay you) PTO Chill place good place to be in before retirement

      Cons

      low salary tech dept legacy codebase low quality product (not sure how they still able to make sales. Buggy as hell)

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
