      You can work fully remotely.

      Cons

      People needs to constantly working till midnight and 15hrs during weekend. Thanks to leadership team always make unrealistic timeline and expectations.

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.
