      Superb friendly environment to work as global MNC Competitive basic salary Good coverage for medical insurance

      Cons

      Does not meet standard MNC bonus and benefits structures. Processes change frequently, requiring creativity and close collaboration with other teams. Expected to work across different time zones due to task reassignments to support global team members. Increment is quite low for certain business unit

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
