      Excellent Product Marketing teams Very strong internal communications - both upper management and in teams Strong chance of internal promotion and a lot of support in cross-departmental movement Excellent pay and benefits Remote opportunities

      Cons

      Frequent restructuring Politics and some internal back-stabbing depending on who wants who's job Senior (VP) management oblivious to subordinates internal challenges with team members who are looking to advance by stepping on others shoulders

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.
