      Pros

      Love the travel aspect, and the people were great to work with. Had a good experience working with both the US team and the Canada team. Has the possibility of being an amazing product if the right sales methods are used

      Cons

      Too focused on oil and gas, and the Calgary office suffered because of this singular focus. Need to get more diversity

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
