      If you are loyal to what your time at work, your appearance, your files and your PC screen will be constantly monitored. If you're ready for "preventive" reprimand on public, once a week. This is your company.

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.
