      Work with some interesting an talented colleagues on interesting products. Good atmosphere, plenty of training available.

      Cons

      Don't seem to value employees as much as they used to, particularly the development staff. Career opportunies for thoses who want to stay technical are limited.

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.
