      Pros

      Good learning. Great products. Good Pay Fixed CTC. Bonus also will be paid based on performance every six months apart from CTC offered.

      Cons

      If you gona join support team in aveva, be bit careful while joining. Learning in Support team will be NIL. And very micromanagement. You will be monitored every time. You can not even go for washroom sometimes, you need to take permission for that also.
