      Has the best product in its category. The product rules the market. There are right conditions in the market to catapult the company to move to the next level of market play!

      Cons

      Till now, largely dependent on single product. Winds of change are going through the organization. The changes may affect the organization and the people within. Once the organization goes through the tumultuous period, it may emerge as a strong player!

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
