      Pros

      AVEVA unfortunately acquired OSIsoft and I TRULY feel sorry for their leadership because they have A LOT of work to do to clean up the folks on the PI side if this is ever going to work. The folks that I met have been nothing short of a delight to work with but, unfortunately, that doesn't negate that their colleagues haven't changed or are willing to change.

      Cons

      The acquisition of OSIsoft's employees, particularly those on the Talent Acquisition team. Worst employment experience I've had in years. From the unnecessarily delayed hiring process to the non-existent on-boarding, to the ineffective training, micromanaging, and poor and noncommunicative leadership - unless of course you're one of their favorites.

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
