      Zero....Total Zero....000000PROS...big zero....Zero....Total Zero....000000PROS...big zero

      Too much of internal politics...never be able to learn anything...no company standards..Managers play a lot of big politics will compel you to leave. Not able to show your skills...No promotions... bottom line...never joins, else if you do you cry later...!!! Aveva India has the worst politics...!!!

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.
