      Good team to work with Good work/life balance Great facilities Really a great world-wide company with soft climate and good opportunities.

      It's difficult to say, you know, things are not like black or white, and Cons in reality coming directly from Pros, if you know what I mean.

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
