      Pros

      Moving with our SaaS offering at great speed. We already have an Industry leading on-prem real time historian. We are all set to leverage our positioning and accelerate our Cloud adoption. There is a lot of excitement and energy in the company around this while ensuring that our existing customers (who are using the on-prem solution) remain happy.

      Cons

      Cons are being addressed - not too many to begin with - just some harmonization still being done after the merger between OSIsoft and AVEVA however management is doing a commendable job on this front as well.

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
