Pros
- Used to be a really nice, friendly, fair company to work for. This all changed in 2016 - Local people fine but offset by extreme toxicity in higher corporate culture and focus on short term targets - You can use them to get a name on your CV (but don't become attached)
Cons
- Do not pay well - Expect a lot from you for free in terms of time, travel and work stress - Do not care if you drop dead, figuratively or literally - Terrible corporate culture - Extremely woke, at the expense of ability to do the job - Outdated products - Outdated management style - Awful HR - I received legal threats for non-return of my laptop after leaving, problem being I had handed it to my manager upon leaving the company 2 months earlier. Why act like that? - Took me some time to recover psychologically from the extreme stress they caused. No job is worth that.
