      Decent compensation, inclusive & diverse culture, sustainability and social responsibility, decent employee support schemes including maternal, health leaves, insurance & other compensations

      Cons

      Corporate bullying by team members contributing to toxic hierarchy & chronic stress, unhealthy rotational shifts schedules, exploiting HR policies like negative reviews from colleagues on individual 360-degree feedback even though there is evidence on decent performance making bi-weekly performance reviews look like an interrogation. Unfair performance appraisal and promotion indicating favoritism & tech elite supremacy. Less team loyalty as most of them are competing against each other
