      The leadership and policies are employee focused and gives importance to work life balance.

      Cons

      1. You may get into a team with old legacy tech stack product 2. Many employees are with the company from a very long time and this creates some bias with the new employees within the team, but all depends from team to team and with managers 3. These days they are trying to get more contractors

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
