Pros
The company has a lot going for it overall. Most areas are collaborative, there are genuinely good people here, and the business itself has real strengths worth acknowledging.
Cons
In my personal opinion, my experience within the Finance team was more challenging than I had hoped. I observed what felt like an imbalance in how people were treated depending on who they were close to, with certain behaviours seeming acceptable for some but not others. This created an uncomfortable and at times demoralising atmosphere. Only speaking for myself but Im certain the experience is not unique to just me.
