Pros
Union Branch of AVI-SPL, better pay, full health dental and eyes, pension 10-12k/yr. over-time and double-time hrs, diverse group of installers. Consistent raises every six months. Mileage pay $20 greater than 55 total miles. Phone bill reimbursement $40.
Cons
No paid vacation but should change with the new S&C contract ending in November of 2017. We missed the new state law by two months in 2014 during negotiations. Long long hours and usually undermanned towards the end of a project.
