      I made connections at Dow that lead to an offer before 2 years, but this is typically not the case, as some people have been here for 6+ years. Work hard and you will get treated and rewarded appropriately

      Cons

      No more snacks Digital department's responsibilities ares depreciating to little more than content support raises are now only 2% annually rather than performance based

      They have offices nationwide that all work together, and actively push for growth within the company

      Cons

      The pay seems to be a bit lower than average for some positions

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
