      -Strong commitment to the employees giving a sense of family within the departments and from management over all -Great starting pay especially with little to no experience - Fun company events throuout the year -Diverse group ofemployees from all walks of like,

      Cons

      -Benefits are good, but maternity leave benefits could be better(Paid Maternity leave) currently must use PTO hours. - Increase number of PTO days and or Holidays

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
