      Great Resources, Great People, Great Programs for Employees

      Service and Support side nowhere near where it needs to be for clients. AVI-SPL prides itself in this area, and many of us STRONGLY disagree of its ability to perform service and support to the client and generally accepted expectations.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
