      Everyone in the office is extremely helpful, a true team effort. Excellent reputation in the industry. Everyone cares about meeting or exceeding clients expectations.

      Cons

      Not all offices seem to be run the same. More constituency needs to be achieved throughout the organization.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
