      Pros

      Great environment, supervisors are willing to work with life constraints, willing to help with furthering education, pay raises are merit based and frequent

      Cons

      The health insurance seems to be lacking in quality from what I have heard. Luckily I do not make enough money and still qualify for state funded health care for my family... if I had to use our company's plan, it would not be feasible... like at all.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
