      Great people, lots of resources, boundless opportunities, decent benefits, amazing brand recognition, talented technical teams, great marketing assets, enjoy the team environment and love the output.

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with industry norm, too few operational resources, plan to fail mentality, scattered roll out of services offerings, difficult to navigate through the company, little consistency across branches, Sales management is lacking engagement, opt in or out methodology for key corporate initiatives is a huge area for improvement.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
