Pros
Depending on what department or office you find yourself in, there is a fantastic sense of camaraderie with your coworkers - In Finance, there's a strong sense of teamwork, collaboration, and a lot of creativity is employed in order to keep things moving. It's a very dynamic, engaging, fast-pased environment where there's always an interesting challenge to attack.
Cons
It'd be nice to not have to run beyond capacity for years on end, maybe we could ease up for a couple of hours a week maybe? LOL... Training for sellers and PM's could use some help; QA, workflow, and contracts management is like something from the 1970's (but getting better). Our current IT stack was out of date during the Bush administration. Finally, there's a lot of inconsistancy between departments/offices - like most companies, 20% of the people do 80% of the work.
