Pros
I have been with AVI-SPL going on 14 years this year! I can' t say enough good things. If you are willing to work hard with great people (internally and externally) and love excitement, then this is for you. The sky is the limit and opportunities are limitless. We are a true customer/technology driven company! This company has taken care of more than just my family and I, but has allowed us to bless others as well!
Cons
The downsides, well I only have one. I don't believe that anyone should have to ask/beg for a raise. I'm a bit 'old school' and believe that if you are recognized for being a hard worker then you should be compensated accordingly. As the Word of the wise one says, "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it." Proverbs 3:27
