      Pros

      Overall everyone I work with is awesome. Great folks with a good sense of humor while focusing on getting clients taken care of. Being the largest has challenges but 9 out of 10 experiences here are positive.

      Cons

      Some of the typical issues large/largest companies have... some policy stuff doesn't make sense and such. If everyone is being honest though, nothing horrible and different from other large companies. At some point, you are a number, but on the large scale - not to the smaller group/bubble you work in.

      Very Poor communication from management Benefits not the best, Terrible 401k plan The typically underpay for the industry
