Poor treatment of techs - Tech AVI-SPL Employee Review

Poor pay, techs bust their butts day AND night with little to no recognition or reward for the sacrifices made. Tech advancement is ridiculous, courses are constantly being added halting advancement. Techs that were close to being done before AVI was bought out had to start over with all new courses. Only getting raises by advancing in tech levels is a terrible way to keep techs. I understand the need/want to keep techs trained and up to current standards, but more efforts should be made to get the backbone of this company to stay and have a high morale.
