AVI-SPL is a BIG company, the biggest in AV. Doing jobs all over the nation is problematic though still, you can not guarantee a level of service across all offices which is very frustrating. On top of this they have cut benefits for many employees that we were promised would not change during the acquisition of our smaller company, such as cell phone reimbursement (cut more than 2/3 from $100 a month to $30 a month).
