Pros
1. We are the largest, which gives us buying power with vendors and challenge from our competitors. 2. We have management positions filled with people who have managed businesses and not simply promoted sales people. 3. We have the infrastructure to work with and help our regional offices throughout the company.
Cons
1. Too much turnover due to low morale. 2. While we have the infrastructure, we don't always take advantage of it when help from other regions is necessary. We also don't have many incentives to help other regions, prioritizing local work over cross-regional. 3. We don't recognize our technical staff. Sales is always important, but our ability to deliver a profitable project lies in the hands of our skilled technicians. A lot of money is spent on SAS. I just wish our technical resources had something also.
