Pros
There is a lot of travel opportunities which I enjoy both for seeing new places but also meeting new people in the industry. I feel these experiences have helped me improve customer relations while enlightening my view on the different technological setups in place across the country. Also, training is a huge plus. A lot of other companies are not will to train to further improve ones abilities. This is priceless as far as I'm concerned.
Cons
The only con that comes to mind is possibly a lack of 'path establishment'. By that I mean there should be a solid road map for success and improvement. When you're busy with doing the same jobs over and over its hard to keep track of making future progress with a 5 year plan or something of that nature.
