      Large, mature AV firm. Great employee benefits. Vast team experience. Good metrics to improve our processes and profitibility.

      Cons

      Some slow responses due to complex procedures - not as nimble as a smaller company.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
