      flexible work hours, helpful co-workers

      Cons

      typical corporate red tape in HR, Benefits, Admin. Employee reviews are a joke. No responsibility by employer to base salary on review. Or at least that's what we are told. Why do we do annual reviews? And why don't we get annual reviews as well as annual salary adjustments after the 1st of the year?

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
