      - Big company that spread across USA and other countries. - Can meet and make connections with talented people in the industry. - Reasonable benefits and compensation if you not asking too much. - Could learn many other skills along the way.

      Cons

      - Not everyone are as great in their work. Some bad few apples (hey no one is perfect) - Many of the talented employee often got poached by other companies. Usually because of the company lack of method or ways to keep their good workers.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
