      - Flexible work schedules - Engaging work environment - Listens to workforce and trying to improve culture

      Cons

      - Almost yearly reorgs; does not give a sense of stability for job position - No opportunities for upward career growth- very political for anything other than entry level manager -While taking baby steps, still below average benefits - Not centralized; local offices do not follow same process. Could stand to form a true PMO

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
