      Pros

      Overall a good company to work with. Professional teams, hard working, flexibility with work time, growth opportunities. I truly enjoy my position and have a fair manager with an open door policy. Trusting and Fair.

      Cons

      Salary compensation based on cost of living and not on performance. Makes it difficult to motivate someone to do more and excel without acknowledgement by means of bonus, or salary increase. Benefits are very high cost, high deductibles for medical. Not enough Holidays per year.

      Very Poor communication from management Benefits not the best, Terrible 401k plan The typically underpay for the industry
