      Family mentality Understanding Positive ethos Flexibility The people!!

      Cons

      Suggested ideas not followed at times Clear overworking in certain areas (or lack of sight from those above them that they are not the right people for the job and/or that they are not seeing said person is overworked) Quite archaic in certain aspects outside of the US Some things just aren't taken serious enough when the time comes

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
