Business Outlook
Pros
Respect for employees is evident and strong. Great sense of a mission and community. The company promotes from within and that helps keep people here. Marketing Dept is stellar. Help Desk too. The HUB is fantastic.
Cons
Too few people though in critical positions results in delays for costs of tailored or extended support plans. This is something that isn't fair to the person charged w/ this responsibility and it adds stress to the whole RFP process too if you're waiting for that number. We should be able to develop an estimating tool for this. Some processes can be unclear.
