Pros
Excellent talent pool of engineers, Project Managers, Install crews and Account Managers. Excellent communication between customers and AVI-SPL. Timely work completion very low call back rate. Excellent service agreements and coverage to the clients. Fantastic sales training and layers of Management with the Company.
Cons
Credit Approval Process- Finance doesn't look at the total picture when recommending credit lines, disregards references. Hamstrings the Account Managers ability to secure the business and as a consequence the client goes somewhere else. There is more to establishing credit than just numbers, there is the Human aspect as well and that seems to be lost in these decisions.
