      Pros

      I left AVISPL a few years ago due to issues with management. I returned recently with great trepidation. I couldn't be happier. Management from a local and regional level is engaged but not overbearing. Always responsive and communicative. If you can't physically find a senior level manager (rare) it only takes a call,text or email to get a quick response.

      Cons

      None, Dallas is in a good place and getting better every month.
