      Pros

      The Dallas GM, Cory Van Kleek is a leader who understands how an office should work. We work on projects that we can do well for the customer and make money. We do not waste time on ones that will be unprofitable. Also, we have deep technical expertise in all of the installation, programming and engineering.

      Cons

      Too much turnover in the sales staff. Disengaged sales management.
