Pros
This company quite obviously has a large training and development budget for their install/commissioners. Any kind of training that I wanted to do (assuming it was relevant) was never an issue. Having access to your own work van is ideal but can also be a con. Some project managers are absolutely fantastic at their jobs (although I think many of them have left now). Plenty of overtime available for those that want it.
Cons
Thankfully as an hourly employee I was paid for all overtime at a premium however Office employees don't get this and they absolutely are expected to work over hours. (Confirmed to me by three separate project managers). Projects were often not delivered on time due to poor procurement. This actually becomes a pro if you enjoy being unproductive, however for me it's a con.
