Thank you for your comments about your experience at AVI-SPL during your brief time with us. We’re glad that you found the application and onboarding experience easy. We are trying to eliminate any barriers or distractions that prevent us welcoming the best talent in the industry. We would disagree that we don’t have an environment that allows promotion/growth. On the contrary, it is one of the things that our employees brag the most about – excellent access to development opportunities to prepare folks for the next stage in their career. While the AV industry is predominantly male historically, we aspire to be on the leading edge of changing that and are currently undergoing a major diversity and inclusion review to determine how best we can move the needle to be a more diverse and inclusive organization.
