Thanks so much for posting a little bit about your experience with AVISPL so far. The first two years with a company are critical and the pros you listed are definitely things that we are proud of. We also appreciate your comment about the 401k plan. That is one of the benefits that comes under review each year as we try to balance all of the benefit costs and determine where to invest our dollars wisely. While we believe it has as much upside as down, we do continue to revisit it annually. Thanks again for your input. We wish you many more years as part of the AVI-SPL team!
