      Pros

      Interesting projects, some great people

      Cons

      Little or no support from Management, overly bureaucratic processes,. The PMs are overloaded with projects and are overly stressed.

We do believe that we have instituted feedback mechanisms for our team members to share with their leaders where processes can be improved and when stress begins to take its toll.       They have offices nationwide that all work together, and actively push for growth within the company

      Cons

      The pay seems to be a bit lower than average for some positions

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
